All of the Luxoft employees are our users. We perform user support (advising, permission control, help with settings configuration) and technical maintenance. We use ServiceDesk system to handle user tickets for support.
The vacancy is for support levels 2 and 3.
Responsibilities:
• Support of corporate application users, deep understanding of application functionality and related business processes;
• Configuring and automation company's business processes workflow in the system;
• Support of data integration processes with other corporate systems.

Mandatory Skills:
- SQL
- Analytical mind
- Excel - basic level
- Written English
- Good communication skills
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- HTML, XML
- MSSQL, TSQL
- Background in programming and web development (C#, ASP.NET or Java)
Languages:
