Delivery Manager (offline)

You will be responsible for:
- Manage the implementation and configuration of various systems and solutions with a deep understanding of dependencies
- Work with the product team to define the project scope and timelines
- Start and transform projects at any scale
- Manage cross-functional project teams
- Control product streams, solve blockers on the way to release, work with the schedule of releases.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience
- 3+ years IT project management experience (planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management)
- Great problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing implementation challenges in the area of integration, design, configuration, and infrastructure
- Practical and pragmatic knowledge of SDLC; ability to transform project processes
- Strong technical background: the ability to be engaged in technical discussions with the developers and stakeholders
- Good command of English: Upper-Intermediate (minimum)
- Practical knowledge of risk management,
- Excellent communication, negotiation and team relationship management skills
- Great leadership skills: the ability to manage cross-functional teams across multiple locations and domains implementing, as well as direct and command respect from technical and delivery team members
