Business Analyst (offline)

Our candidate has:
* Business Analyst commercial experience (at least 2 years, ideally in IT)
* Understanding of the software development life cycle
* Great communications
* Experience in analysis and modeling of business processes
* Awareness of Agile principles
* Jira, Balsamiq, Draw.io, Confluence, etc
* Higher education (economic or technical would be great)

As a plus:
* Upper intermediate English level
* Experience with Gherkin format (or ability to learn it quickly)

— identification, analysis and approval of business requirements, it’s optimization
— definition of project goals and objectives; determination of project delivery criteria; formalization for implementation by programmers
— analysis, modeling and description of business processes
— target-setting for the team members
— project management during the whole life cycle: schedule management, management of requirements and expectations of stakeholders, stakeholder involvement, risks management etc
— maintaining the documentation, monitoring and control of the tasks timing, reporting on the progress
— project performance evaluation

Project about:
Participation in various products for the American market. For example one of them is a tool, that collects over 2000 data points used in the configuration of client’s Benefit Focus Marketplace enrolment site. Mercer Requirements specialists fill up to 50 various forms per each client to gather information about health and benefit plans.
