Regular/Senior Configuration Engineer (DevOps) (offline)

Project Description
The project team is closely working with Digital Industrial company, operating in 160 countries and providing solutions in energy, healthcare, and transportation.
The team develops and supports Continuous Integration infrastructure to the Energy Management products family to satisfy customers by early and reliable delivery of high quality software that improves energy management capabilities and enables significant energy savings.
Responsibilities
∙ Work with development and QA teams to support CI and CD
∙ Configure build and test environments manually and with automation scripts
∙ Monitor infrastructure health, report issues and statuses
- Investigate the roots of issues
∙ Keep the project documentation up to date
∙ Daily communication with customer
Mandatory Skills
∙ Experience with script languages: Groovy/Powershell/cmd/sh/Perl.
∙ Basic knowledge in administrator of Windows (experience with AD is a plus) & Linux (RedHat or CentOS is preferable)
∙ Administration experience of Windows 2012R2/2016 servers
∙ Hands-on experience with git
∙ Basic knowledge in Jenkins / TeamCity
∙ Deep knowledge of Jenkins CI. Types of projects, pipelines, declarative/script syntax, administration, security.
∙ Good troubleshooting and investigation skills.
∙ Understanding C/C++ compilation.
Nice-to-Have Skills
∙ Basic programming skills in Java / C#
∙ Experience in C++/C# code building in and/or gcc
∙ Has an experience with Jira / Confluence
∙ Agile/Kanban principles understanding
∙ Focus on details and result
∙ Basic knowledge in Docker and Kubernetes
∙ Understanding of containerization (Docker) and micro service architecture
∙ Understanding virtualization technology by VMWare.
∙ Linux administration. Preferable RHEL based.
∙ Good soft-skills
