You'll partner closely with our strategy, operations, product, and growth teams to implement end-to-end retention strategies, ensuring we can delight our customers across their entire journey. The ideal candidate has experience with multi-channel acquisition and retention marketing campaigns, expertise in executing those strategies in real life.
Support the day-to-day program/ project management needs of the business, manage stakeholder expectations, timing and risks associated with delivery. Support of the marketing director through full project life-cycle both internally and externally. Manage timelines and allocated budgets. Organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources across the organization.
Requirements
A self-directed individual that is able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Ability to estimate task duration for all project resources.
Ability to identify and close issues quickly and effectively.
Strong analytical, data management and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking and prioritization skills.
Document all project-related meetings, including regular, development, design progress meetings with third party contractors/ vendors, marketing, project execution meetings, etc.
Coordinate activities of contractors and sub-contractors related to project submittals, RFP's, change orders, payment requisitions, and signoffs.
Prepare/update project status reports, update tracking reports and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
Strong understanding of and experience in deploying Program Management & Governance processes.
Excellent communications and presentation skills with the ability to adjust communication styles depending on the type of target audience.
Strong digital marketing background in the consumer business.
