Duties and Responsibilities:
Active search for candidates (reporting, communication with hiring manager)
Scheduling and organizing interviews
Maintaining onboarding and adaptation of new employees

Main requirements:
1+ years of IT (recruiting) experience
Recruiting courses
Upper-intermediate level of English
Hands on experience with MS Office

Personal skills:
Empathy, ability to listen, people person
Adequate reaction to criticism
Good planning, organizational and time-management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Excellent communication and presentation skills
