Senior Business System Analyst (8689) (offline)

Our customer is one of the Big Four companies providing audit, tax, consulting and financial advisory services.

Qualifications
-3-5 years of experience in business and system analysis, data analysis, preparation of technical requirements and product management
-Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
-Analytical and solution/result-oriented thinking
-Understanding of ServiceNow plus
-Ability to multi-task, manage priorities and mentor/direct others
-Experience with Agile development processes is an advantage
-Practical knowledge of TFS/ADO/VSTS is an asset
-Specialist’s or master’s degree in information technology/computer science/economic cybernetics
-Upper-Intermediate level of English
Applicants selected for the interview may be asked to present samples of business requirements documents/user stories/acceptance criteria/test cases/wireframes, etc.

Areas of Responsibility
-Perform requirements gathering, business analysis, technical specifications, and solution design for ServiceNow enhancement projects
-Present requirements to the team in a clear and precise form
-Break down requirements into smaller stories and translate them for the development team (user stories and acceptance criteria, technical specification, user guides, etc.)
-Continuously review and improve business processes
-Validate functionality after development completion
-Support and create necessary project documentation
-Conduct demos, gather stakeholders’ feedback and verify that the functionality has been developed and implemented according to business requirements.
