Junior Project Management (offline)

Project Description:
Project Management Office of a large delivery centre within Luxoft seeks a Project Management Assistant. This position supports day-to-day resource management functions: coordination of employee onboarding procedure; maintenance of the operational structure; collection and analysis of staff-related reports on regular basis and ad hoc requests; supporting of administrative project activities.
Responsibilities:
 Actively coordinate organizational changes and onboarding procedure: ensure that operational structures in the company systems are up-to-date, staff assignments changes are processed promptly.
 Maintenance of multiple databases, including data verification and provision of accurate staff-related reports and extracts.
 Administrative support to projects, including, timesheet data collection, purchasing requests, training coordination, assistance to management.
Mandatory Skills:
 Advanced MS Office user (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint). Especially Excel.
 Written and verbal English
 Ability to clearly articulate and deliver a message both verbally and by email is the must: intensive communication with the management of Delivery Center is expected.
 Ability to make professionally looking reports, presentations and other materials.
 Profound working experience with complex corporate systems is good to have
 Proven experience of handling big amount of heterogeneous data.
