UI/UX Designer (Web&Mobile) (offline)
Responsibilities
— Apply conceptual thinking to digital experiences and create compelling visual content for all digital platforms
— Plan and implement new designs
— Optimize existing user interface designs
— Test new ideas before implementing
— With a sharp eye for detail, execute high-fidelity wireframes and develop UI/visually-designed and branded prototypes across a range of digital platforms – websites, landing pages, apps, digital advertising, social assets and other campaign branding elements.
Expectation to apply innovative, modern design trends and offer creative suggestions for UX/UI animation techniques for all experiences.
— Own the design-to-development handoff, working closely with front-end developers.
Hard skills
— 1+ years experience in the digital UX / UI design industry.
— Experience with user-interface / visual design/website design and interactive applications.
— Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
— Strong typography, layout, and visual design skills.
— Working knowledge of industry tools: Figma, Adobe creative products, InVision, Sketch.
— Working knowledge of the ideation and creation of UI design deliverables: Sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, lo-fi and hi-fi layouts, prototypes.
Soft skills
— Strong attention to detail.
— Proactive, independent working style.
— Strong communication and teamwork skills.
— Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
— Desire to learn and grow as a designer.
Nice-to-haves, but not mandatory
— Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frameworks
— Experience creating rapid prototypes.
