Job level: minimum 1 year experience
Requirements:
Upper Intermediate English;
Proactive, organized and open-minded employee with potential to grow;
Professional communication skills;
Stress-resistance and ability to solve conflict situations;
Experience in Customer Support or Sales will be a plus;
Confident PC user;
Experience in e-commerce will be a plus
Responsibilities:
Existing accounts maintaining and new accounts leading;
All types of clients requests handling and interaction with other company departments in order to solve current clients questions;
E-mail correspondence handling, reports preparation;
Corporate clients interaction and communication;
Identifying and resolving urgent issues to maintain a high level of client satisfaction and customer retention;
Qualifying opportunities to develop relationships with existing clients for revenue growth;
Sales data and related information analysis;
