PHP Team Leader (offline)

Skills:

Experience of developing software as a PHP Developer for at least 5 years;
Team Leader experience at least 1 year;
Strong experience with PHP 7, MySQL, RabbitMQ;
Strong understanding OOP fundamentals and software design pattern;
Strong experience with MySQL query optimizations;
Strong experience with building REST API services;
Knowledge and experience with ElasticSearch;
Experience with CI/CD;
Extensive experience with Git;
Development experience with E-Commerce systems or platforms;
Good knowledge of all phases of the development lifecycle
Analytical thinking skills;
Good communication skills;
Ability to be in touch at any time;
Ability to work from 8 a.m. till 5 p.m.

As a Plus:

Experience with NoSQL Databases;
Experience with TDD, DDD;
Experience with frameworks;
Ability to communicate effectively in a team-oriented environment;
Knowledge and experience with container solutions (Docker, Kubernetes);
Understanding of the RFC;

Main Responsibilities:

Lead the team according to company policies and standards collaborating with the stakeholders;
Perform requirements analysis, tasks planning, estimation and distribution between the team members;
Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product
Own your work from technical design, development, testing, deploying, maintaining and documenting;
Code review;
Build technical solutions;
Perform analysis, verification, and debugging of the software code;
Collaborate with people across several teams facing cutting-edge technologies and development practices;
Communication with Project Manager, Business Analyst and Solution Architect on project tasks;
Contribute to improving our processes and engineering culture;
Assist in task management and planning.
