Customer Support Manager (offline)

*Key responsibilities:*
Resolving basic to complex support issues for customers’ inquiries received via omnichannel support (emails, live chat and calls)
Becoming a product expert and providing documentation updates to our knowledge base
Ensuring customers' satisfaction

*Required skills:*
English is a must
Experience in dealing with customers would be a plus
Experience with native speakers would be a plus
Ability to deal with multi-tasks, to master new skills quickly
You are positive, patient to the details, intellectually curious, self-supporting with analytical mind
