Infopulse Ukraine welcomes talented professionals to join our project as a Support Engineer in a Telecom Team for our respectful client TOMIA (formed from the merger of Telarix and Starhome Mach) in our Kyiv office.

Areas of Responsibility
Ensure pro-active and re-active provisioning, support and testing activities for IPN platform and services in collaboration with TOMIA team and clients worldwide
Ensure that all relevant requests are managed according to defined rules and SLA
Contribute to measuring, reporting and tracking of the performances and issues with IPN service
Play the role of designated support engineer for certain important customers (when needed)
Undertake different coordination tasks within the team
Take part in a guard duty service to support our 24/7 organization
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, IT or ICT or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom, mainly in roaming
Strong knowledge of roaming and associated protocols (SS7/SIGTRAN, SCCP, MAP)
Experience with Linux and SQL
Strong customer focus, imitativeness, flexibility, stress-resistance
Good team spirit, able to collaborate efficiently with other teams
Good communication skills, intermediate level of English
Will be an advantage
Knowledge of TOMIA/Starhome Mach products
Knowledge of LTE roaming and Diameter.
