Client Verification Agent (offline)

Duties and responsibilities:
- Verifying IDs, addresses, and other data with a low level of confidentiality;
- Verifying confidential customer data and documents, including credit cards, bank statements, based on the pre-approved process;
- Approving or rejecting certain documents on the basis of previously agreed criteria;
- Making a decision on the basis of the information received;
- If necessary, escalating to other departments using the system for processing of personal data;
- Performing all the other tasks assigned by the direct leader in compliance with his specific qualification;

Professional skills and requirements for the position:
- Good computer skills - ability to use office applications and to work on the Internet;
Very good communicative skills;
- Ability to work with clients;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Promptness of work and resourcefulness;
- Ability to work efficiently under stress;
- Special requirements for a foreign language: English - B2 level or higher level;
- Reliable, responsible, patient, dedicated person.
- Hard-worker, self-motivated;
- Higher or university degree;
- Willingness and readiness to work on shifts.
