HR People Partner (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Build, implement and provide full scope of HR retention service to the team including: Onboarding Adaptation, Learning Development, Internal Vacancies Career Advising, Offboarding
- Providing quick response to organizational changes, team members' needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to team members challenges;
- Ensure all HR procedures and policies are followed by team members.
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, creating reports for senior management;
- Analyzing trends and metrics.

Position Requirements:

- 1,5+ years as HR PP or 3+years in IT HR industry;
- Communication and organizational skills;
- Experience in building and implementation of common HR processes, policies, procedures, employee handbooks as plus;
- Analytical thinking;
