ENESTECH software develops a B2B SaaS software for the esports business with headquarter in Kyiv.
The core product is SENET — a cloud solution for managing a huge set of PCs and full control over the activities of the center of the esports. SENET is represented in more than 35 countries. In fact, it is a platform for managing computer and console clubs, which will help simplify accounting for finances, optimize staff time, establish communication with customers and increase profits. Our own development team regularly updates the software and improves it in accordance with the latest technologies.
Responsibilities:
- to be an expert of our product, define the product value and positioning;
- to ensure the value is delivered across all of our communications, up-to-date and correctly: from top of the marketing funnel to the bottom of our sales pipeline; from ads and website content to emails, webinars and sales presentations;
- to act as a marketing advocate for sales and product departments;
- to conduct customer, competitor and product research;
- to conduct market, competitive and win-loss analysis to gain an in-depth understanding of emerging market trends and opportunities, customer needs and buyer behaviors;
- to generate, evaluate and prioritize retention initiatives;
- to own marketing automation and lead nurturing processes.
Skills:
- great English, Russian and Ukrainian, both written and spoken - you'll help us communicate the product value to international and CIS markets;
- understanding of B2B SaaS sales process and main inbound marketing channels;
- user-based content creation (based on research and value);
- you're an independent, self-sufficient growth team player;
- you build up and own your process, aligned with our marketing and sales goals;
- you're an ROI-driven person, able to see a big picture and how your initiatives impact the growth.
