Lead NodeJS (offline)

WE ARE
The newly formed team is looking for a Technical Leader to work with a new client at SoftServe.
SoftServe client is a contingent worker provider for big companies in the oil and gas industry. Who helps energy companies scale faster – allowing operators, vendors, and contractors to work together seamlessly while reducing costs and risk.
As a team, we will work on a platform development which will help our Client to automate and optimize their business processes

YOU ARE
Essential requirements
• 4+ years of experience in service-oriented web development using NodeJS, Go or similar languages
• experience in working with relational and NoSQL data storages
• experience and desire to lead a team and be a mentor for junior staff
• critical thinking, ability to push-back and evaluate technical decisions
• struggling for excellence in delivery
• experience in writing unit and integration tests
• upper Intermediate and a higher level of English
• fast learner
• can work well independently and with others
• responsible and result-oriented
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience

Nice to have
• experience in designing and building systems with microservice architecture
• experience in GraphQL
• experience in Data Lake
• experience in building applications using Ruby
• experience in continuous delivery
