Senior Business Analyst (offline)

DESCRIPTION:
We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will analyze, understand, and document technical requirements and business processes in order to outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for enterprise-level clients. Join us to work with our best-in-class engineering and design teams.

This position is a part of the new innovative program EPAM Anywhere, which gives an opportunity to work remotely in multidisciplinary teams on global projects that define the future – of technology, collaboration and learning. REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of work experience as a Business Analyst in IT
- Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project
- Experience in gathering and formalization / regulation of requirements
- Experience in modelling and analysis of business processes as well as in creating system prototypes and user interface
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Knowledge of different software development methodologies: RUP, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Analytical and critical thinking
- English level: Upper-Intermediate+ (B2+)
