Good code quality, organization, and automatization.
Some semi-independent work with minimal guidance on tasks.

Technical Skills:

Previous experience as Technical lead
Proven experience working with Node.js, React
Experience with web servers as Nginx or Apache
Experience writing backend unit, integration, and acceptance tests
Strong comprehension of how web applications function including security, session management, and best development practices
Good writing and speaking English skills (Intermediate and above)
Be able to learn quickly
Experience in blockchain would be a plus
