Customer support specialist (offline)
Requirements:
Good English communication and writing skills, good knowledge of Gmail and keeping email correspondence, good knowledge of Google Sheets, Google Docs and MS Office (at least Word and Excel), ability to search information on the internet in English.
- provide support to our existing and potential customers
— manage software and informational services accounts
— contact foreign partners on support-related questions
— train employees to use the software and services
— discover and report software bugs and critical issues
— collect and submit correctly processed documents for opening new accounts
— Streamline communication and coordinate work with product and testing departments.
Skills, experience and personal attributes:
• Highly responsible with hard-working attitude and punctuality — essential.
• Upper-intermediate in spoken and written English.
• Excellent business writing skills.
• Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills.
