Technical Consultant (offline)

You will join our global Orthodontic team and be part of our International Product Management team in Kiev from where you will be supporting our partners and customers using the world’s leading 3D scanners and CAD/CAM system for Dentistry. In this position, you will furthermore be in close contact with colleagues in other departments: sales, product management, development and production both in Denmark, Kiev and other offices.

You should possess the following competencies:
- Full operational command of English, both verbally and in writing
- Extensive knowledge and hands on experience within IT technologies (Microsoft Windows based)
- General understanding of client-server installations
- A relevant IT education (is a plus)
- Business communication and negotiation experience
- High level of communication skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Intercultural competence
- Personal drive and ability to handle multiple tasks under the deadline

Areas of responsibility:
- Working with our partners all over the world on receiving 3D data, technical clarifications, modifying and placing them into the databank
- Setting up, managing and supporting vendor bracket libraries for 3Shape’s Ortho System
- Providing support of databank in terms of problems identification (if any occurs) and arranging them to be solved by the development
- Setting up integrations between 3Shape Ortho System and local clinic/patient management systems
- Participate in the roll-out of 3Shape Ortho’s programs for integrating local labs and Ortho appliance manufacturers
- Be our partners’ contact person in relation to configuration of the products, beta test, and product roll-out
- 3Shape’s customers are located all over the world and hence you will have some travel activity from time to time
