Junior Project Manager/Business Analyst (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:
• +1 year of experience in a similar role (project manager, requirements management or business analyst) in IT companies with solid experience in requirements management and engineering;
• Solid knowledge of key business analysis tasks, requirements engineering techniques, project tracking tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, TFS);
• Knowledge of and passion for scrum and agile software development methodologies;
• Ability to prioritize tasks/objectives with strong organizational, administrative and analytic skills;
• Excellent team player with the ability to work within a collaborative environment;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills. Fluency in English is required;
• Flexibility to work in multi-cultural and multi-functional environments;


RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive product development process and develop strategic roadmap;
• Communicate with stakeholders, vendors and dev team;
• Collect business requirements from stakeholders end vendors;
• With dev team transform them into detailed technical documentation;
• Make sure that everyone in the project stays on the same page;
• Be on guard of Agile / SCRUM development best practice
