Senior Project Manager (offline)

Required skills
— 4+ years working experience as a Project manager;
— Advanced level of English;
— Strong knowledge of full cycle project management techniques, ability to estimate, track, and refine complex projects;
— Knowledge of software development process;
— Understanding case of priority. “Needs to do it now/immediately/yesterday”;
— Communicative, problem-solving and motivational skills;
— Ability to use imagination (some of our projects were only drafts from client. You will take a charge);
— Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities
— Coordinate projects across teams;
— Manage the entire production and delivery process basing on a brief spec documentation;
— Manage several projects;
— Evaluate development process and provide efficient timely feedback;
— Сonflict resolution;
— Provide day-to-day client communications, present intelligible reports.
