• 2+ years of experience in product/project management or business analysis
• Strong understanding of B2B and SaaS products/monetization/metrics
• Good understanding of how complex web, mobile and desktop applications work
• Good design background, ability to transform complex things into a simple, well-designed UIs
• Experience in doing hypotheses validation, market research, UI/UX research & CusDev
• Experience in creating product specifications and prototypes/wireframes/design sketches
• Strong analytical skills for efficient decision-making (excel and google sheets knowledge is a must)
• Ability to meet deadlines and business goals (business-oriented mindset)
• Great communication, problem-solving, time management and prioritization skills
• Understanding of Kanban/Scrum/Agile
• At least upper-intermediate English

Working directly with CPO you will be setting a lot of tasks for our dev team related to the entire HelpCrunch product and manage all aspects of your task lifecycle (research, plan, execute, measure).

• Perform market research and competitive research
• Gather product requirements (including but not limited to):
⁃ Interview stakeholders to comply with the product vision
⁃ Analyze existing in-house and third-party UIs and solutions
⁃ Read through existing customer communications
⁃ Perform customer research for insights
• Validate gathered requirements with the team and CPO

• Plan iterations of your task (our sprints are 2-weeks long) to meet product deadlines
• Participate in managing the company roadmap and product/sprint backlog
• Participate in sprint grooming and planning sessions

• Prepare wireframes and/or design sketches for your task
• Work closely with UX designers to deliver best-in-class UX solutions
• Compose your task in JIRA software and formulate clear acceptance criteria
• Perform final acceptance testing on testing and production environments
• Become a living encyclopedia of your task and help the team deliver it on time

• Define product metrics necessary for your task to ensure adoption and good performance
• Help the team implement your metrics

Over time, your responsibilities will expand to:
○ Keeping product documentation up-to-date
○ Being in constant contact with the customer success team to review user requests and implement them in the product
○ Representing the product internally/externally and acting as the primary contact for product related queries
○ Improving product monetization process
○ Communicating product performance, vision, roadmap, and goals to the team
○ Running A/B tests
○ Collaborating with Product and Marketing to develop product pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
○ Taking responsibility for the product’s performance and ROI
