Experienced UX/UI Designer for mobile/desktop/web (offline)

We're a small startup (< 10 people) that will be expanding to Android and Desktop soon and are in search of someone to help us with our many design and UX challenges. We need someone that is comfortable solving complex ux problems without much guidance. We want someone passionate to help us make the best decisions possible and to create beautiful, usable user interfaces.

We are based in Toronto and Los Angeles. Ideally you will be able to work in the EST time zone or at least be available for parts of it.

We currently have 50k monthly actives but haven't put out an update due to technical delays. We expect some crazy growth this year and want someone capable of handling the demands.

This position can be hourly or monthly-
