Product Manager (offline)

The customer is an independent software development company focused on providing the best possible SaaS solutions for the gaming industry. All products and services are built with an emphasis on integration, flexibility, and high quality at affordable prices. While the products work extremely well together, they equally fit independently into other platforms, that being in-house or with any third-party software.

Responsibilities:
The Casino Product Manager is responsible for the Casino Business Unit's CasinoEngine and Unified Bonus System products.
Managing the entire product development life cycle;
Keeping track on deadlines, monitoring of activities and their progress, coordination within the company and with Business Unit Management;
Write and approve feature specifications.

Support Sales team in the sales process by conducting product demos and analyze requirements of prospects.
Conduct trainings and demos internally, such as to Account Management.
Monitoring of markets, customers and competitors' activities and reacting accordingly;
Close communication with clients to assure delivery of required product features and functionality;
Development of resources, qualifications and training with Team Leaders;
Quality and process management;
Strategic planning- and drafting goals for all activities in co-operation with local management, own team, central management and specialists;
Market knowledge – understanding of product groups, suppliers, competition, market issues, opportunities and threats;
Conduct market research and analysis of competitor products.

Requirements:
Technical University or University of Economics / Business;
Min. 3 years practical experience working with user management systems or similar;
Experience with online gaming casino back office is an advantage;
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management;
Preferably 1-2 years of experience in project management, product management, business analysis and modeling;
Excellent knowledge of product development & product lifecycle;
Ability to interact professionally with clients and solicit their input for potential requirements and design features is needed;
Understanding of software development lifecycle and how to interact with developers is a must;
Good software skills (Excel, Online media);
Professional handling of customer contacts;
Strong documentation, oral and written communications skills;
Excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to balance multiple ongoing responsibilities and appropriately communicate issues;
Analytic mind (strategic thinking);
With initiative & responsible (respects deadlines/agreements etc.);
Commercially astute;
Result oriented with problem solving skills;
Good delegator and coach;
Higher Education:Bachelor’s Degree
