We are currently seeking English-speaking Customer support and account specialists for a part-time job in our Kyiv office. As a Customer support and account specialist, you will play a key part in creating and developing our Music Platform’s community and making our success story.

Your career path could be in two direction - Head of Customer support department or Business Development manager.

Responsibilities:

· Grow our community by getting new customers and retaining existing ones.
· Open and mantain customer accounts by recording and updating account information
· Assist customers, help with onboarding and answer questions about platform’s functionality
· Deal patiently with customers’ problems and complaints by identifying them and providing potential solutions

Main requirements:

· You’re great at helping and understanding people and have flawless verbal and written English skills (min. level - B2)
· You’re a curious minded and superorganized listener and communicator, who loves investigating problems and troubleshooting them
· You’re a great team player with good time management skills and an ability to work under pressure
· You’re a tech savvy person with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
· You’re a quick learner, who are able to pick up new skills fast
· Previous work experience in call center or customer support for international customers is a plus
