Sales Manager (B2B Telesales in Marketing and PR)

It is the main project of Luxury Brand Consulting LLC (New York, USA).
Responsibilities: • Making phone/email sales, negotiating & closing deals; • Meeting or exceeding KPIs in sales; • Administering clients’ records in CRM; • Establishing, developing and keeping positive business and customer relationships; handling clients’ requests/questions in a timely manner, walking an extra mile for customer’s satisfaction; • Taking part in creation of strategic sales plans that expands company’s customer base and ensures it’s strong presence, implementing them and analyzing the results; • Reporting to the Management in regards to sales plans and forecasts; • Identifying and implementing ways of increase leads and sales performance
Required skills: • Proven experience in telesales and lead generation, understanding of sales processes and dynamics; • Work experience with foreign B2B clients (US/EU); • Advanced level of written and spoken English; • Excellent verbal and written communicative skills, including telecommunications and email correspondence; • Strong self-management skills; • High School diploma or higher education; • Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM user kills
As a plus: Educational background or work experience in marketing or PR would be a benefit!
