Junior Product Support / Business Analyst (offline)

Amadeus CESE Product & Solution Center based in Kyiv, Ukraine is a regional R&D Center contracting with 100+ software development professionals with expertise in product management, product development & delivery of the sophisticated travel booking web applications.

Requirements
β€” 1+ years of experience in the role of business/functional/system analyst in tech company;
β€” Experience in technical and customer support;
β€” Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in the international environment;
β€” Experience in transition of business requirements into the specifications for the SCRUM team;
β€” Good experience in visual modelling (prototyping, UML, business processes, data flows);
β€” Understanding of SDLC and Agile principles;
β€” English β€” Advanced.

Will be a plus
β€” Degree in the Computer Science/Applied Systems Analysis/Cybernetics;
β€” Technical background in web development;
β€” Practical experience with APIs (SOAP XML, REST JSON/XML);
β€” Jira, Confluence, Modelling tools (e.g. Visio), API validation tools (SOAP UI, Postman);
β€” Familiarity with travel industry or booking services in travel agencies.

Responsibilities
As Product Support:
β€” Work with SCRUM team and Product managers on continuous product improvements;
β€” Maintaining of issues/feedback raised by external stakeholders (clients, users, data providers, partners);
β€” Communication with external stakeholders via phone and email;
β€” Tracking of products failures using different monitoring tools, investigation of root causes.
As Business analyst:
β€” Requirements analysis (explore use cases, user stories, business processes);
β€” Creating functional specifications (incl. data mappings, UML diagrams);
β€” Setting tasks for SCRUM team;
β€” Dev & QA support;
β€” Conducting training sessions, knowledge sharing and demo;
β€” Preparing documentation (user guides, technical guides, release notes)
