IT Helpdesk Engineer (offline)

Required skills
- Experience in Linux (Red Hat/CentOS), Microsoft (Server and WS, AD), and network systems administration
- Understanding of network protocols and services (DNS, HTTP, POP/SMTP, SNMP, DHCP, etc.), routing and switching
- Diagnostics and repair of hardware skills
- Experience in virtualization technologies
- Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills

As a plus
- Basic scripting skills for automation
- Knowledge of authentication protocols
- Knowledge of database maintenance and SQL
- Experience with Postfix
- Knowledge of Office365
- Familiar with penetration tests and WEB application security
- Understanding of CI/CD

Responsibilities
- Provide direct technical support for offices and remote staff, problems investigation
- Proactively assist to avoid or reduce problem occurrence
- Equipment purchase
- Setup and repair of workstations and office equipment
- Organization of a corporate network, setting up network equipment
- Configuring external and internal services, OS and services update
- Perform backup procedures
- Monitoring servers, network equipment, workstations; reporting hardware or software issues
- Granting and audit of access rights
- Automate daily IT tasks; create/improve small tools to manage servers and services
