IT System Analyst (offline)

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in system or business analysis;
• Object modeling using UML;
• Experience with typical integration patterns via DB, API, standard protocols (SOAP);
• Strong analytical and systems thinking skills;
• Development or Architecture experience;
• Problem solving, attention to details and result-oriented abilities;
• Experience in implementing automation processes and best practices in development processes of the Product;
• Experience in Workflow Design;
• Experience in Business Process and Decision Flow Reengineering/Analysis;
• Experience in creating functional specifications;
• Strong skills working as part of a project team;
• Good spoken and written English.

Will be a plus:
• Analytical and communications skills necessary to gather and define business requirements and translate them into solutions;
• Ability to facilitate workshops with financial (lending\collection) organizations;
• Loan origination/P2P/Supply Chain Finance etc. experience;
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence.
Responsibilities:
• Business process analysis & design;
• Design & configure business processes in Financial area;
• Support the delivery of a complex and highly integrated financial information system;
• Establish business analysis and systems requirements.

Required skills:
• SQL (MSSQL/ORACLE/PostgreSQL);
• UML;
• HTML, XML.
