Q.A Lead (offline)

Responsibilities

Direct management and technical mentoring of 3 Q.A engineers.
Overall responsibility for all quality aspects of the company’s products.
Create the automated testing environment for the various products, build and maintain.
Define testing strategy and methodology of Mobile and Web based product.
Ensure proper test coverage based on requirements, user stories and design specifications.
Coordinate test schedules, resource plans; manage progress of all test activities against plan.
Establish testing entrance and exit criteria.Identify and manage critical path of testing.
Provide guidance and training to enable other team members to meet/exceed expectations.

Requirements

+5 years of in-depth QA Engineering experience +2 years in Q.A lead position.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience leading remote teams - big plus
Experience in testing mobile based applications on both Android and iOS including working with testing framework: Appium, Espresso, Calabash, XCTest etc.
Experience testing web applications and backend systems (AWS and Heroku)
Solid experience with test automation framework (Selenium , Cucumber, RSpec, Jmeter).
Experience writing automation tests in languages like Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.
Experience with continuous integration and process management tools and such as Jenkins , CircleCI , JIRA , Pivotal Tracker, GitHub etc.
Experience with Agile Scrum / Kanban methodology
Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects in parallel.
