Scrum Master (offline)

We provide an online marketplace that matches people planning events with suppliers including caterers, entertainers, and photographers. Last year over 2 million people used our website and more than 18,000 events were booked with our help. We redefine for the better the approach towards planning small private events with the help of technology and are currently looking for a Scrum Master to help our R&D team achieve amazing results.

As a Scrum Master, your main goal is to create a self-organizing Team. How to implement that - it's up to you.


In our humble opinion, your responsibilities will be:

- Ensure cross Team / Department / Country (Ukraine & UK) coordination
- Lead the team in using Agile methodology and Scrum practices (remembering that this is just a tool, not an aim) to drive process improvement and maximize the delivery of business value
- Manage the team to develop, capture and analyze metrics to facilitate team improvements
- Analyze the situation in the product team and the whole company and identify problems in particular communication flows and processes
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur and encourages a healthy team environment
- Lead collaborative, decision making, and problem-solving discussions
- Support the product team and provide education where needed


Some important requirements:

- Experience as a Scrum Master in a product company at least 2 years
- Experience in building cross-functional teams is a plus
- Fluent English
- Iron patience
- High level of empathy and wise shrewd gaze will be a plus
- And you can’t do without a sense of humor (especially dealing with the British)
