CMO/ Head of Marketing/ Marketing Director (offline)

We are looking to recruit an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead all marketing and brand activities within NIK- ELEKTRONIKA.

«NIK-ELEKTRONIKA», LLC– is one of the largest electrical engineering companies in Eastern Europe in the field of development and production of metering devices, energy management systems, energetic consulting and engineering.

Nowadays the company combines high-tech automated production sites with calibration equipment, own research & design department and service center. A significant proportion of employees are highly skilled designers, engineers, developers, constructors, programmers, technologists.
We would like to invite the Marketing Director/ Chief Marketing Officer to our team.

The purpose of the position is to create and implement a marketing strategy for a company focused on the world markets (export) with the aim of developing and increasing profits.

Your Responsibilities Will Be To:
∙ Analyze consumer demand for products on the market of Ukraine and abroad;
∙ Plan and implement marketing policy of the company on the basis of market analysis and consumer demand (Ukraine \ World);
∙ Be responsible for defining and implementing the approach for marketing analytics, market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations;
∙ Manage the marketing budget and decide where best to allocate to support growth targets;
∙ Create and implement a global marketing strategy;
∙ Study the market, conduct market research;
∙ Participate in product sales, expand distribution channels and promote products;
∙ Influence the improvement of product properties;
∙ Control consumers' assessment of the product, determine consumer attitudes;
∙ Increase competitive quality of products;
∙ Monitor the image and reputation of the company;
∙ Form the corporate style of the company to be responsible for the commercial and economic side of the company;
∙ Organize advertising activities of the company, plan advertising strategy;
∙ Predict sales volumes and develop sales promotion measures;
∙ Direct the company's activities to increase profits;
∙ Entering into new markets.

Requirements:
∙ Higher education (technical / industrial marketing/ economic);
∙ In-depth knowledge of the basics of marketing, the basics of PR, media planning;
∙ Strong background in demand generation and keeping up to date with best practice marketing;
∙ Experience working in a high performance scale-up/ top-tier tech company in industry or electricity/ energy- preferably;
∙ 3+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role in manufacturing companies;
∙ Describe the tasks assigned at previous jobs and the results achieved (important to us);
∙ Proven record of building marketing campaigns that build brand and deliver growth in multiple locations;
∙ Experience of working abroad is an advantage;
∙ Experience in creating and implementing a marketing strategy with clear metrics;
∙ Experience in managing the entire product life cycle;
∙ Ability and willingness to learn quickly and leverage our systems and databases
∙ Skills in dealing with large amounts of information;
∙ Work in fast-changing conditions and multitasking;
∙ Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;
∙ Ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment;
∙ Results oriented individual who thrives working in a fast paced environment and maintains a calm approach and sound judgement when operating under pressure;
∙ Excellent communicator -able to clearly articulate his/her point of view;
∙ Confident computer users of MS Office, E-mail, Internet, Power Point;
∙ English at upper-intermediate level (required);
∙ Curious by nature and interested in making an impact.
