Responsibilities:
Support the design, implementation, and management of key processes to support eCommerce marketing and operations
Perform QA audits and site monitoring
Develop complex dashboards and reports to support the strategic growth of the eCommerce business
Support regular reporting to senior leadership
Conduct ad-hoc analyses
Support business forecasting and planning
