Technical Talent Sourcer (offline)

Mirantis is an international IT company. We help enterprises move to the cloud on their terms, delivering a true cloud experience on any infrastructure, powered by Kubernetes.
Now we are adding a Technical Talent Sourcer to our distributed international Talent Acquisition Team!

Requirements:
Relevant experience at least 1 year; preferably within IT company
Should know how to source across LinkedIn, Google, StackOverflow, Github like a pro, use X-Ray, Boolean search, and other modern tools.
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks;
Craft and send recruiting emails;
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help the team with whatever is necessary to deliver Talent Acqisition Team projects successfully;
Excellent verbal and written English.

Responsibilities:


You will continuously cooperate with Talent Acquisition team ensuring effective sourcing based on an understanding of the different markets and each specific role;
Sourcing candidates by using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, Djinni, Stackoverflow, Github, etc) and search techniques (X-Ray, Boolean search and more);
Reviewing and screening CVs according to vacancy requirements;
Working with ATS to manage and track all candidate interactions on.
Mapping, sourcing, and assessment.
Maintaining recruitment related reports.
Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate the search and set up recruitment priorities.
