HR Operations Specialist (offline)

Now we are adding a HR Operations Specialist to our distributed international HR Team!

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will administer and support core HR initiatives for our European offices.

Responsibilities:
Managing jira tickets and working with HR System in terms of: benefits administration, all kinds of days off (vacation, sick leaves, ect), new employees and terminations, compensation changes records.
Paperwork, supporting employment issues (changes of status/residence, verification of employment)
Other administrative HR initiatives that might need a helping hand (i.e. background checks, filing electronic documents, responding to employee questions, etc.)

Requirements:
Min 1 year of Human Resource Generalist experience
Fluent English language level, French and/or German will be aa plus
Effective communication with People Team and employee experience service skills
Someone who thrives on keeping employee data, records and documents in order
Independent task driver
Proactive approach and attention to details
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and help the team with whatever is necessary to deliver People Team projects successfully
Killer customer (colleague) service skills
