I've graduated from a law university with honors and built a career as a lawyer. On the base of this agency, I accepted a contract with the UNDP to provide analytics as an Anti-Corruption expert. One of the big achievements was Developing and implementation of anti-corruption policies and programs. This made possible for international partners and international donors to invest in the development of the region. After that, I take part in the restoration of the regional municipal waste management company as a vice CEO. A great goal in this position was Company relocation from the uncontrolled territory and assigning finance from the municipal budget and start the activity of the enterprise. After I became a co-founder of a Berlin's startup called IQ Mining Technologies, a company which was engaged in mining cryptocurrency, the creation and development of miners, the maintenance of the mining farm and the optimization of production (increasing efficiency and reducing the cost of mining) and developing solutions for converting heat into heat or electric power. Rapidly we grew to a company with an estimated value of almost $10M. During my time with the company, I was taking care of the tech side of the business. I had to pick up and master a lot of new technical skills under high time pressure. I worked in this company until the end of 2018 when I'd decided to move on.
