I joined my last company to complete a challenging task - to transform HR-processes and HR-function itself so it is aligned with business priorities and goals, brings value to all stakeholders and helps company to transform and change. Culture and values: the company values were defined and described, the culture fit interview as an important part of the selection process was established 5. Strategic HR: I created HR-strategy for 2020, which was approved by CEO and the majority shareholder.
