Наразі я знаходжусь в пошуку роботи HR/ recruiter-мій досвід в даній сфері складає близько 8 років
Після здобуття вищої освіти я, близько 2 років, працювала менеджером з підбору персоналу в компанії з продажів будівельного матеріалу. Наступний мій досвід- світовий лідер, міжнародна компанія з підбору персоналу для галузі нафти та газу NES Fircroft, де я близько 4х років працювала на позиції спочатку рекрутера, а потім HRа. Основна моя діяльність спрямована на поліпшення і автоматизацію процесів найму персоналу, впровадженням інновацій в систему стимулювання і добробуту співробітників, а також пошуком відповідних кандидатів для компанії або клієнтів.
З великим захопленням ставлюся до процесу підбору та пошуку персоналу - мені цікаво спілкуватися з людьми, будь то бухгалтер, менеджер з продажу або програміст. Мій основний скілл це- вміння знайти ролевантного кандидата та подальша плідна робота з ним (в якості вже не тільки рекрутера а й HRa)
Моя робота це шлях від планування до реалізації та аналізу отриманих результатів. Навички рекрутера і HRa допомагають мені одразу оцінити потенційного кандидата та можливість подальшої співпраці, так як для мене моя робота це ,перш за все, робота на перспективу.
Мої сильні сторони: комунікація (Мій минулий керівник говорив, що з такими навичками спілкування, можна вести переговори навіть із терористами)
Один із цікавих проектів, з якими мені пощастило працювати, це British American tobacco. Я займалася підбором менеджерів із продажу, на той час ще нікому не відомого продукту – Glo. Також цікавим і важливим досвідом був підбір персоналу для міжнародної нафтосервісної компанії Schlumberger. Я вже давно працюю в компанії, яка займається консалтингом, аутсорсингом та аутстафінгом-маю досвід закриття складних вакансій, знаю специфіку процесів. Також маю досвід підбору персоналу для сфери IT, як для продуктових, так і для аутсорсингових компаній. З інтересом візьмуся за нові проекти. Завжди рада розвиватися та працювати для спільної справи.
