Continuing with Unreal Engine little games I deepened my study in game developing by learning Blueprints(lightly) and focusing on C++ development. Gained a decent confidence in using UE5 interface and its functions.
First big project was SimpleShooter 3PP shooter, followed by Udemy course. During completing it I learned 3PP camera, shooting, AI(behavior tree, tasks, services etc), game modes, sounds, particles and animations.
Second much bigger SoulseLike game was made following Udemy course, converting almost all of original Blueprint nodes into C++. Learned about working with skeletal and static meshes (sockets), advanced AI, User Widgets and Widget Components, working with animations (anim montages), active using of inheritance.
Completed AlphaNova courses. Gained more experience with Unreal Engine, in particular learned multiplayer and networking possibilities of engine, GAS, AI, animations and many other things. Most important experience from courses was work in a team. I was kind of a team lead two times. Took great part in making really decent games. Made Trello with tasks, used Azure DevOps repository(hell of an experience), made regular meetings every 2-3 days.

This course has exercises to improve your knowledge of C++ and linear algebra, a simple part in Unreal Engine to learn how to work with the engine and Blueprints.
Next comes the part in which you need to make a 3D platformer based on ready-made content (you need to make the movement of the platform back and forth, checkpoints, spline movement, etc.). After that you need to create a tower offense project from scratch to "packaging" and receiving an .exe file (I'm doing this part now).
