Working as a customer support representative, I assist people with an understanding of complex things and translating truly hard concepts into easy and understandable language. Working as technical support in Petrosoft and Ring, I assisted people with troubleshooting of their devices. This included the following: understanding the issue, finding ways to help, providing instructions to the customer, so they can perform all necessary actions at their end, finalizing troubleshooting process with empathy and providing the additional information to avoid such issues in the future. Being a customer support shift lead and mentor in Wirex, I created numerous training materials and provided customers with assistance with the hardest cases. Also, I trained our employees to make sure they understand main peculiarities of product and the work processes in Wirex.
In Ring, I have managed to successfully solve and fix around 200 customers' issues during the shift, furthermore, I have finished training of 10 people and managed the team of 5 chat agents.
