Ищу компанию, в которой есть возможность развиваться. Классно, если у меня будет возможность самостоятельно принимать решения и отвечать за свои действия. Мне не нравится вертикальный стиль общения: чтобы донести проблему до руководства нужно писать заявы людям, которые косвенно относятся к проблеме. Мне проще подойти и поговорить на прямую с человеком.
