Выполнял внедрение CRM-системы bpm'online (Creatio). Начинал джуном без опыта, в данный момент являюсь ведущим разработчиком в команде с претензией на техлида. В разное время имел опыт работы с СУБД T-SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSql. Выполнял интеграцию системы по REST API с Jira, ASAN и т.п. Был опыт интеграции bpm'online с внешними компонентами, созданными на Vue.js. Помимо проектных задач также занимался менторством junior-разработчиков, создавал планы на teamcity.
Смог прорваться через бюрократию и добиться обязательного использования Promise, а не callback для асинхронных операций (да, в 2019м кто-то до сих пор пишет на колбеках, даже не под Internet Explorer). Аналогично удалось прорваться через миллион согласований и обучений и все-таки внедрить git, как систему контроля версий, а не svn, на текущем проекте.
Большим плюсом будет наличие хотя бы одной интересной задачи в неделю, потому что "туго" - это наглая лесть моей текущей ситуации :)
