Overall work experience - 6 years. Master degree in IT in UrFU, Russia, Yekaterinburg. I'm really good at business development, developing new products and new markets, managing web services for the small business companies. I had worked as a web developer for 1 year at the start of my career. Then I had worked as a marketer for 2 years in large IT company SKB Kontur. I was promoting web service for small businesses called Kontur.Elba. I developed two new segments of market there, increased conversion from visiting the website to registration in the service, developed a few new features for the service that customers wanted to use, increased revenue by partnering with banks for the small businesses, hired few team members, trained other marketers in the company. Then I worked in the international IT-startup AdSpyglass. I was developing sales and marketing there on the early start of the product. I trained russian-spoken sales managers how to sale product on English in messengers, increased web traffic on the website by PR tools, managing industry forums and posting an articles on industry websites, also I made FAQ for the customers and tutorial after registration for the new customers. Also I had worked for a while in one IT-startup from Moldova to start sales for them on early stages and to develop features for them that customers wanted to use in their product. It was like a project job. I had 8 my own small businesses. Two of them I sold as a ready-to-go businesses, four of them I closed as they were low margin, and two of them are still working right now like side projects. One of them is food production company and food brand and another one is additional education school that helps kids to learn how to code, make their own video blogs or making good design and comics. I've got good managing and leadership skills. I'm really good in presentations and encouraging the teams. Usually I see new market opportunities that people don't see and got a lot of ideas.
