Once I became 17-years old girl, I came up with the idea to earn money on my own. Hence, according to the rules of Ukraine, I was allowed to work legally since 18. That`s why I decided to try myself at call center. Defenetely, I used to be perceived as an uncommunicative person, but I am convinced (if you are eager, the sky is the limit) having a big desire you can go to all lengths. I joined Viasat ( one of the latest projects 1+1 media) as an call center agent who made outbound calls to customers. My task was to call people who were not interested in a satellite containers, and offer them products of our company. Usually I made 180-200 phone calls per shift (6 hours) and I preferred to work during my break since the more calls you make, the more potential customers you gain. I had a script which is common among the call center operators, and I added another string to my bow - how to persuade people. Moreover, I was surprised when on the 2nd day of my work I filled in the first application form. And then the process started… I do always believe in myself, and I am totally dedicated to work. My motto is: "If you want to do something, do it the best, or do nothing." Therefore, even despite being criticised by my relatives, I kept on calling, offering and acquiring new clients for the company. Thus, for the first month, I became a "shark sale", fulfilling orders among interns. I got a little bedge of shark at working place, a reward and respect among colleagues. And I am sincerely grateful for my first experience which made me believe in myself and keep on going already achieved goals. After 4 months of work, I not only took the cake among the operators, but also learned to become part of the team and to gain people with whom I continue conquering new tops and sharing my deepest emotions.
