Operations Manager

Currently, we are looking for an Operations Manager for the Business Association.

Job Type: Full-time

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a high level of proficiency in English and excellent operations manager skills. This role will play a key part in developing the newly formed organization.

Responsibilities:

Comprehensive administrative support for the team.

Preparation of project documentation.

Communication with clients/partners on administrative matters.

Coordination of travel arrangements.

Management of office systems, including data handling and storage.

Time and expense reporting.

Preparation and editing of correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Coordination of procurement/vendor search procedures.

Organization of internal events.


Requirements:

Higher education.

Fluent in English and Ukrainian.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience as an operations manager in professional services or nonprofit organizations.

Proficient in computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, calendars, Zoom/Teams/Meet, AI-assisted programs including meeting protocol and transcript preparation).

Personal qualities: attention to detail, communication, presentation skills.

Reporting: Reports to CEO.


Hiring Process:

Interview with Recruiter - 45 min

Test Task - 3-4 hours

Interview with COO - 45 min

Final call with CEO - 30 min (optional)
