Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist to join our vibrant team of R&D professionals. Our team is adept at transforming data from mobile applications into aggregated, anonymized insights for businesses, illuminating the intricate connection between people’s behavior and physical locations.
As our Data Scientist, you will play a key role in our research, analysis, and development activities. You will be an authoritative figure within the company and instrumental in evolving our unique platform.
- Cultivate a thorough understanding of our various data sets and the value they can offer our customers.
- Interface with diverse stakeholders across the company, gathering and translating business requirements into data science-focused activities and processes.
- Conduct research and analysis tasks to generate critical information and insights for prospects and customers.
- Participate in the development of our platform’s algorithm processing layer.
Requirements:
Must have:
- Speaking English minimum on an upper-intermediate level (B2)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field from a renowned university.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in statistics, algorithms, and data science, with proficiency in Python and its associated libraries — Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in SQL, particularly in high data volume environments.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a keen technical orientation.
- A self-starter, quick learner, and team player, with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Nice-to-have:
- Familiarity with geospatial data and methodologies.
- Experience with cloud technologies for deploying machine learning models and algorithms.
- Experience with Business Intelligence platforms.
Working hours: 8:00−17:00 CET, a little flexible
